What are we doing to remain green?

• We have a solar array installed on our roof
• Our building entirely contains energy-saving LED bulbs
• We have programmabale thermostats
• Many of the materials in our brewery and taproom are repurposed from the former sewing factory
• Re-used glassware, no plastic straws and refillable growlers
• Promotion of recycling cans, paper, plastic, can carriers, etc. to staff and customers
• Proper insulation and restoration methods
• We support local whenever possible (beer ingredients, popcorn, honey, installations and services, etc.
• Air filtering plants throughout the brewery
• We recycle our spent grain from the brewing process to local farmers
• and more!... doing so we are saving both forms of green!
